OUR FIVE STAR RATED BOOKS:

Over the past decade, Author Robert Thomas Fertig has built a legacy of writing insightful, thought-provoking and entertaining books (often with his wife Miriam as co-author), earning him distinguished recognition for his work. A vivid example is his four most recent works listed here. You cannot help but enjoy some great reading. Here is a brief description of each book:

Culture Battles—Truth Shall Prevail!

“Culture Battles … is a compelling, thought-provoking book that invites readers to think about culture and to ponder on some of the existential issues that are prevalent in contemporary history. The reader is offered a wide selection of reflections, each crafted on a specific theme, but the overall book deals with the question of why we are here, why we experience the cultural and religious differences that have been behind the numerous tensions in modern times. This is a powerful work that is well-researched and that enters into dialogue with the best thinkers the world has ever known, experts in religious and cultural phenomena, and writers who have articulated on ideas of life, cultural dialogue, the purpose of human life, the place of culture in the evolution of life and human consciousness, and a lot more.

“Robert T. Fertig’s writing is exceptional and not like anything one sees too often. The reader is left in no doubt that this book is well-researched and that the author knows what he is talking about. Culture Battles: Truth Shall Prevail is written in a compelling voice and the writing comes out as confident. There is a lot for readers in this book, truths that are disturbing.”

Best Interests of the Children

This is a book long overdue to be written. It is based on the two authors’ knowledge and experience as Guardian ad Litem (GAL) volunteers, known as CASA in some states. The authors paint a vivid portrait of how the State Department of Children and Families (DCF) work nationally to protect abandoned, neglected or abused children, and often why they fail to do so.

"Authors Robert & Miriam Fertig, M.A. wrote a book called “Best Interest of the Child”.   They were both volunteer GAL’s in the 6th Judicial Circuit.  I read the book recently and was impressed with the real stories they tell on their advocacy for the children they gave a voice and made a difference. .."
